Furthermore, all the land is owned by the Group and was acquired with its equity without any encumbrances whatsoever against the land. In the next stage, we will present the available projects, the planning, the renderings, all with full transparency. In addition, we will match the nature of the investment and the property to your wishes and budget.
Moving forward to the purchase contract! The Group's attorneys will review the agreement with you and handle all the bureaucratic processes. Note that there is a local Cypriot team and an Israeli team that personally accompany the transaction.
The attorneys will guide you through the process of opening a bank account in Cyprus and will handle all the necessary bureaucracy and forms.
Subsequently, payments will be scheduled according to the pace of construction progress.
The ICB GROUP team will accompany you until you receive the key, and subsequently assist with the design and furnishing of the apartment according to your personal taste.
